ARTIS, the Amsterdam zoo, started a digital renewal some time ago. Maykin Media was asked in 2015 to realize the new website Artis.nl, ensure the site is properly maintained and to realize the online ticketsystem for ARTIS including integrations with an internal CRM and an internal ticketing system.
Since then Maykin has delivered to satisfaction a wide range of online systems, among which an online reservationflow for educational institutions, an optimized fastlane for ticketsales, a wide variety of narrowcasting systems throughout the park and in 2017 the membership environment MijnArtis.
