Teamdevelopment platform TeamQ
In 2014 Maykin Media was asked by MensenInBedrijf to develop TeamQ, a team development and analysis tool. Within a number of sprints TeamQ has grown from a backend system into a fully-fledged platform with various roles, a reporting dashboard and a management dashboard.
TeamQ is flexible, allowing modifications per company that makes use of the built-in questionnaires. Companies like VvAA, IKEA and Menzis make use of the platform.
